As a graduate student of Applied Linguistics and an ESL teacher, this book has been an excellent resource for me. I highly recommend this book for any teachers or researchers who are looking to deepen their knowledge of the listening process, find new ways to approach listening, both in language and teacher-training classrooms, or want to explore methods for undertaking action research with their own students. It’s easy to navigate, very readable, and useful for anyone working in ELT.
